January 2018 Favorites

Happy February! January felt soooo long but at the same time I can’t believe we’re in the second month of 2018! Last month, instead of doing a post on my December favorites, I rounded up allllll of my faves from the year 2017 and shared them with ya’ll. Today I am breaking down all of my most loved products in January that I am just so excited to take into the new year with me! Keep scrolling to see what they are!


January 2018 Favorites


Bio Clarity. If you’ve been following me for a little while now you know that I have been struggling with dry skin and a severe outbreak of perioral dermatitis. At the end of December, I caved and went back to the doctor and got-on antibiotics to wipe out the bacteria that was causing my PD (blog post on that soon-ish). I also purchased a new higher quality, plant based facial cleanser. Bio Clarity is a 3-step system and I’ve been using it for just over a month. I am in love!!!

Jade face roller. Another skin care product and I don’t know how I lived without it! I am also planning to write a blog post about facial rollers/rolling and the benefits, but for now google it and go grab yourself one!

Beauty Counter Rose Water Facial Mist. I never saw the point in facial mists because they never worked for me, but then I found this one. I use it once a day when I am getting ready and it leaves my skin looking glowy and vibrant!

Cooking My Matcha Stick. I put this brand and this exact product in my favorites before but I recently started using it consistently again and I swear I will never stop. In combination with Bio Clarity this has been the key to clearing up my dry skin.



Spirit Daughter’s Moon workbooks. These have been a game changer when it comes to digger deeper with myself. The little workbook teaches you about the moon and what is going on energy wise in that moment. It also prepares you for what’s to come, giving you rituals, yoga flows, inspiring words, and questions to ask yourself.



POW Pasta & Eat Banza Pasta. Can’t have a month of faves without food! Duh. I loooove pasta just like the next gal but I like to make sure I am getting the most out of the foods I eat. Lentil, or chickpea, pasta has been my go to meal when I am in a pinch or craving, well, pasta! It’s full of protein and doesn’t consist of any junk!

Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder. I’m not usually a fan of protein powders as they are typically filled with sugars and a lot of bull crap, to be honest. However, Aloha is different. Clean, tasty, and plant based! I love adding a scoop to my smoothies for extra protein and nutrients.

GoMacro bars. I have talked about these bars on my Instagram stories and they seem to be becoming very popular! I love grabbing them for a pre or post gym snack or when I’m hungry but don’t have time to sit down for a meal. They are clean ingredients and taste just like dessert!



Epsom salt baths. I LOVE taking baths. But I love Epsom salt baths even more. I also want to do a blog post on Epsom salt and it’s benefits but just listen to me and try it out! You won’t regret it after a long and tiring day.
