November 2017 Favorites

Happy Decemeber 1st, babes! As we head into the last month of the year and start preparing for the New Year I am taking a moment to sit down and share with you all my favorites from the month of November! From fashion, wellness, and lifestyle, there is something for everyone to love!

November 2017 Favorites

Digize Essential Oil. My love for Young Living Essential Oils continues. Digize is a blend of multiple essential oils (ginger, fennel, peppermint, Juniper, Anise, Patchouli, and Lemongrass) that aids in digestion. With all of the stomach and GI issues I’ve been suffering from, plus Thanksgiving, this oil has been so helpful! I rub it on my stomach every night to help my digestion after eating all the foods each day!

Rosemary + Cedarwood Essential Oil. I lumped these two oils together because I’ve been using them in combination with coconut oil for the most luxurious hair mask ever! I wash my hair 1x a week (see Oil Training 101) and the day before wash day I lather my hair up in coconut oil and these two essential oils to promote healthy hair growth!

Fashion vests. I think this may be the first time I am sharing something fashion-related in my favorites! I am definitely going to incorporate it more into my blogs because it’s a side of me not many people know! Anyways, fashion vests are my new favorite winter essential! Not only are they super cute and comfy, but they keep you warm in this Montana weather. I love pairing them with a turtle neck or sweater for extra warmth. You can find both of these at Old Navy. (Quilted Sherpa Vest  and Frost-Free Herringbone Vest)

Smartwool Socks. But not just any socks. Wool socks! Another Montana staple. I love pairing these with boots or just wearing them around the house to keep my toes warm!

Coffee Bean Grinder. I have become an avid coffee drinker (woops, sorry not sorry) and it is important to me I buy organic whole bean coffee if I am going to be drinking it. Recently Mark and I bought this small, easy to use coffee grinder and have been loving it! It’s much healthier to grind your own coffee beans, plus your coffee taste even better!
