Apple Cider Vinegar: Why is it so trendy + the many benefits of it

So you probably have already heard by now that Apple Cider Vinegar is the secret to all things wellness (in addition to all the other trendy foods out there). Today I am sharing the truth behind ACV, why it is so trendy, and the many benefits of this smelly drink everyone is raving about.

Believe it or not, this health trend is not just a trend but something that is proven to have many health benefits. I was a little skeptical too at first and definitely thrown off by its smell and taste. But why do we drink it if it smells like feet and taste like a dirty gym sock? Keep reading and I’ll tell ya.

ACV is one of the latest health trends and on social media you see everyone drinking it/using it. Despite its overpowering taste and smell, it truly has some powerful health and wellness benefits when consumed—

 

Apple Cider Vinegar…
