Happy Friday, lovies! As a wellness professional I see a lot of talk about water and pressed juice but never about any other beverages us wellness junkies drink! So I thought it would be super fun to write a blog post sharing all of my go-to, and most favorite, drinks I am loving at the moment! I am a beverage queen and so I figured why not! I am usually drinking like three different drinks at once and each serves a purpose. And what better time to share these refreshing favorites than in the midst of summer?!
My Favorite Drinks
Hot lemon water with ACV– I drink this first thing in the morning right after I wake up! I have been doing this for years and always notice a difference if I skip out on it. The hot water wakes up your digestive system and gets things flowing, while the lemon is detoxifying and high in Vitamin C, and the apple cider vinegar has SO many benefits such as improves digestion, aids in weightless, and strengthens your immune system! Make sure to buy the one with “The Mother” to make sure you’re getting the good stuff!
Vanilla chai tea– I am not a coffee drinker, and if I do drink it it’s very rare. I prefer English Black Tea or Chai! I drink this after my breakfast while I’m picking up the house and getting ready for the day. It taste amazing blended with almond milk and coconut butter!
Kombucha– I bet you thought that buch wasn’t going to be on the list, HA! I have said this so many times in my other blog posts but I will say it again for the people in the back…..PROBIOTICS. Kombucha is fermented tea and amazing for digestion.
La Croix– When regular water just isn’t doing it for me or I’m feeling a little fancy, La Croix always wins! This sparkling water is so trendy right now but so so good! Cranberry Apple is my FAVE!
