April 2017 Favorites

It’s that time again! A new month means new favorites! As much as I love my go-to items that I always have on hand, I am always discovering new products. Some I end up loving and some not so much. But the ones I end up loving I want to share with you guys!

For the month of April I am sharing A LOT of wellness products, food, and even an app! Again, these are products that I genuinely love and I would’t share and rave about them if they weren’t amazing!

April 2017 Favorites

Dry brush. If you follow me on Instagram then you have probably seen this on my IG stories. I try to dry brush 1x-3x a week. It is GREAT for your skin AND body because it massages your lymph and gets your blood going, removing built up toxins in your body. I can do a blog post all about dry brushing + how to do it if you would like! (Let me know).

My D.I.Y. Hair Growth and Support Spray– You know I LOVE my essential oils and living a chemical free life. I typically make a lot of my products, especially for my hair and skin. This is one of them! It consist of witch hazel, Lavender oil, Cedarwood oil, and Rosemary oil. (Essential oil D.I.Y.’s coming soon!!!)

Witch Hazel. A holy grail in the wellness world. What CAN’T you use witch hazel for, seriously?! Me, I like to use the rose petal for a toner after I wash my face.

Cocokind Chlorophyll Mask. As stated in my last month’s favorites, I am huge fan of the brand cocokind and all of their products. This face mask I use once a week to detox my skin of all the yucky toxins and make-up residue. Also, did you know this is edible?!

Local on tap kombucha– Again, you know what this is if you follow along on my IG stories. We all know how amazing kombucha is and how much I love it. I stumbled across this brand in my local grocery store! They have it on tap! I love it because it is much cheaper than brand name kombucha, the bottles can be refilled, and the flavors are always different!

KIND snacks. These are BOMB. Seriously the only granola bars I’ll eat. If you don’t know what these are, stop reading this and go buy some.

flo app. This is an app created by the author of Woman Code. It is designed to teach and help you cycle sync! I briefly touched on this but I will be putting together a blog post on this soon!
